Netherlands
These beautiful game-worn Tackla jerseys are available to you as a result of World Hockey Jerseys' exclusive
agreement to sell game-worn jerseys on behalf of the Ice Hockey Association of the Netherlands. These
jerseys were worn by players from the Netherlands national team in the World Championships and other
tournaments over the course of the past several years.
Many of these jerseys were worn in the IIHF's 2008 Division I Group A World Championships, which were held
in Innsbruck, Austria. The orange jerseys from that set were then re-used by the team during the IIHF's Group
C Pre-Olympic Qualification tournament which was held in Narva, Estonia, in November, 2008.
Several of the white jerseys (and some of the orange jerseys) have had the nameplates removed from the
back, in anticipation of being re-used during the Pre-Olympic Qualification tournament. However, the
Netherlands only wore its orange jerseys in the Pre-Olympic Qualification tournament. As a result, the
nameplates were never re-attached.
Many of the jerseys have Tricorp Work Wear patches on both sleeves and a Kompsos patch on the back. The
IIHF 100th Anniversary patches were removed from the jerseys used during the 2008 World Championships
prior to being used in the Pre-Olympic Qualification tournament, leaving the regular IIHF logo on the rear hem.
There was also a small sponsor's patch affixed to the front of the jerseys that was removed prior to the
Pre-Olympic Qualification tournament.
