Croatia
These beautiful jerseys were worn by players from the Croatian national team during the IIHF's Division I World
Championships and possibly some other non-IIHF tournaments.
Made by Tackla, these jerseys feature "HRVATSKA" sublimated on to the front of the jerseys above a large
Croatian crest. There is also a Croatian Ice Hockey Association emblem sublimated on to the upper right
portion on the front of the jerseys. The numbers are sublimated on to the back of the jerseys and both
sleeves. The jerseys also have the IIHF logo sublimated or sewn on to the back hem.
The large Croatian crest is sublimated on to the front of jerseys. However, most of the red jerseys have a
larger Croatian crest sewn on top of the Croatian crest that was sublimated to the jerseys. Tackla used the
wrong colors for the Croatian crests on the red jerseys and had to supply the Croatian Ice Hockey Association
with crests in the correct colors that were sewn on top of the sublimated crests.
The players' names are sublimated on to nameplates, but the nameplates are not attached to the jerseys
because many of them were re-used on the jerseys that Croatia wore during the Olympic Pre-Qualification
tournament held in Budapest, Hungary on November 6-9, 2008.
